These terms apply when you use Memor (memor.online). By creating an account or sending a letter, you agree to them.
You must be at least 16 to use Memor. Keep your sign in details to yourself, and you're responsible for what's sent from your account.
Send letters only to people you know and believe would welcome them. Don't use Memor to send anything illegal, threatening, harassing or hateful, any sexual content involving minors, spam, scams or malware, or someone else's private information without permission. We may remove letters, stop deliveries or close accounts that break these rules, and we may report illegal content to the authorities.
Your letters and files stay yours. You give us permission to store them, process them and deliver them to the person you chose, and nothing more. You confirm you have the right to share everything you attach.
Each letter can hold one message and a limited total size of attached files, shown when you write it. We may change these limits, but changes won't affect letters already scheduled.
We send each letter as close as we can to the time you choose, usually within a few minutes. Email can still be delayed, filtered as spam or rejected by the recipient's provider, and we can't promise every letter will arrive or be read. If a letter can't be delivered after several tries, we'll tell you. A recipient can choose to stop receiving letters from Memor, and we will respect that.
You can cancel a scheduled letter until shortly before it goes out. Delivered letters and their files are deleted 30 days after delivery, so recipients should save anything they want to keep. Please keep your own copy of anything important: Memor is not a backup service.
Memor is free for now. If we introduce paid plans, we'll explain them before you're charged anything.
Memor is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect losses or for a letter that is late, lost or not opened. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.
We may update these terms and will tell account holders about important changes. You can stop using Memor and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms.
